Buffalo Wild Wings GO is set to introduce its grab-and-go concept in Anaheim, California, with a new location at 929 S. Brookhurst St., Suite 5. Construction records indicate that the quick-service restaurant (QSR) brand is advancing with plans to occupy a 1,500-square-foot space previously used as an H&R Block storefront. The new establishment will be situated within the Brookhurst Center shopping plaza, a bustling area that hosts a variety of businesses.
The design for the new location will be handled by KP + J Architects, which will create a space that includes some dine-in tables alongside the primary grab-and-go service. Bids for the build-out of this location are due by September 23, 2023. According to Matthew Dragas, Chief Operating Officer of Dragas Group, the franchisee responsible for this venture, they are currently navigating the permitting process. Once approvals are secured, construction is expected to take approximately two months.
This will mark the second GO model operated by Dragas Group, a third-generation family hospitality company that has been in the restaurant industry since 1984. The firm has a diverse portfolio that includes multiple Buffalo Wild Wings locations and franchises with other well-known brands such as Taco Bell, Tropical Smoothie, and Steak’ N Shake.
The Brookhurst Center, where the new Buffalo Wild Wings GO will be located, spans 154,043 square feet and serves as a vibrant hub for the community. Anchored by a Ralph’s grocery store and a Burlington Coat Factory, the center also accommodates a variety of other tenants. These include Blink Fitness, Starbucks, Bank of America, Jack in the Box, USPS, and Quest Diagnostics, as outlined by KimCo Realty.
As the project progresses, the community eagerly anticipates the arrival of Buffalo Wild Wings GO, which aims to provide a convenient dining option in this busy shopping area. With its focus on speed and accessibility, this new location is poised to attract both local residents and visitors alike.
