Buffetopia to Open New Location in Houston by October 2026

Buffetopia, known for its expansive Asian fusion offerings, is set to open a new location in Houston, Texas, by October 2026. This upcoming venue will be situated at 12942 Willow Chase Drive and promises to deliver an enhanced culinary experience compared to its original site in Humble. The new establishment will span 21,002 square feet, a significant increase from the current 7,000-square-foot location.

Owner Xinpeng Li expressed his commitment to providing affordable, high-quality meals that cater to the community’s needs. “We’re expecting to bring the community value meals that everybody can afford, and it will still be quality fresh food, fresh seafood, grill, and BBQ,” Li stated in an interview with What Now Houston. This vision aims to ensure that patrons enjoy both a good meal and memorable moments with family and friends.

The new Buffetopia will feature a variety of dining options, including a sushi bar, hibachi grill, salad and dessert bar, hot pot selections, and an abundance of fresh seafood. Li assured that the expanded space will allow for even more food choices, enhancing the all-you-can-eat buffet experience. “You can get everything you want, and it will be amazing,” he added.

Li’s journey in the restaurant industry began with the opening of Kioku Supreme Buffet in Carmel, which was well-received and led to the establishment of Buffetopia in Humble on February 14, 2023. His success has fueled ambitions for additional Buffetopia locations in the future, but for now, his focus remains on delivering a world-class experience to Houston customers.

While there is no official grand opening date yet, interested diners can keep updated through Buffetopia’s social media channels. As the new location gears up to welcome guests in just over a year, the promise of an unforgettable dining experience is at the forefront of Li’s plans.
