The Jefferson Park neighborhood in Denver will soon have a new dining option as the JP Restaurant and Lounge prepares to open at 2900 W. 25th Ave.. This establishment is set to fill the space previously occupied by Sarto’s Italian eatery. According to the Denver Post, the restaurant will serve as a sports bar and breakfast venue.
Details regarding the JP Restaurant and Lounge indicate that it has been officially registered as a Colorado Trade Name since June 2023. The venue is linked to Reyes Bar and Venue LLC, owned by Jose Reyes, who also manages the Royal Event Center in Thornton. Although a specific opening date has not been announced, the restaurant’s Facebook page hints that it is “coming soon.”
Facility Features and Offerings
The 3,000-square-foot location will include two outdoor patios, providing ample space for patrons to enjoy their meals outside. Reyes has signed a 10-year lease for the property, which has remained vacant for approximately five years. Future plans for the venue include converting the basement into a pool and bar area, enhancing the entertainment options available to customers.
JP Restaurant and Lounge aims to offer a diverse menu that includes a mix of bar fare, Mexican cuisine, and breakfast selections. Breakfast and brunch options are expected to feature classics such as omelets, French toast, and Eggs Benedict. Meanwhile, the pub menu will include popular items like wings, chicken tenders, burgers, and tacos during the afternoon and evening hours.
As the Jefferson Park community anticipates the arrival of this new dining establishment, it promises to be an exciting addition to the local food and entertainment scene. With its combination of sports bar ambiance and breakfast offerings, JP Restaurant and Lounge is poised to attract both morning and evening crowds.
