Katsuya Ton Ton, known for its authentic Japanese cuisine, is set to expand with a new location in Las Vegas. The restaurant, currently located at 7225 S Durango Dr., Suite #105, has taken a short break for summer, closing its doors on August 18 and planning to reopen on Tuesday. In addition to this reopening, owner Masayuki Ide has announced plans for a second site at 8130 W Warm Springs Rd., Suite 100.
This new establishment aims to open by the end of October 2023. Ide shared insights with What Now regarding the expansion, stating that while the new venue will retain many beloved menu items, there is potential for modifications to the overall concept.

The upcoming location will provide a cozy atmosphere, featuring between twenty to twenty-six seats, allowing for an intimate dining experience. Ide emphasized the restaurant’s commitment to authenticity, stating, “Our restaurant is an authentic Japanese Katsuya, specializing in breaded deep-fried pork cutlets and seafood.”
