Tacos Los Cholos, a popular taco chain, is set to open a new location in Eastvale, California. This is part of a broader expansion effort that includes two new developments for the brand. While an official address has not yet been disclosed, the city confirmed via social media that the restaurant will be situated within The Station retail complex.
The expansion marks a significant step in the chain’s growth across Southern California, where it has already established successful locations in cities such as Anaheim, Fullerton, Huntington Park, and Huntington Beach. A new location in Santa Ana is also in progress, further solidifying the brand’s regional presence.
Founded in 2019 by Josue Maldonado and Michael Alvarado, Tacos Los Cholos began as a small home operation. Since then, it has gained widespread acclaim, quickly becoming a favorite among taco enthusiasts. The menu features a variety of options, including regular, premium, and prime meats such as asada, chorizo, cecina, arrachera, ribeye, filet mignon, pollo, costilla panela, and pork belly.
The Station: A Retail Hub
The Station is a substantial retail development, covering approximately 650,000 square feet within the larger Goodman Commerce Center. It serves as a shopping hub for the community and is anchored by major retailers, including Costco, 99 Ranch Market, and an Amazon warehouse. This complex also features a diverse range of food and beverage businesses such as Cafe Rio, Starbucks, Which Wich, Crumbl Cookies, Chick-fil-A, In-N-Out, and Olive Garden.
With its upcoming Eastvale location, Tacos Los Cholos continues to cater to a growing customer base eager for authentic Mexican cuisine. The brand’s commitment to quality and variety has positioned it well for future success in the competitive food market of Southern California. As the official opening date approaches, many are eagerly anticipating the new offerings that will soon be available in Eastvale.
