A new location in Santa Ana is also in progress, further solidifying the brand’s regional presence.
Founded in 2019 by Josue Maldonado and Michael Alvarado, Tacos Los Cholos began as a small home operation. Since then, it has gained widespread acclaim, quickly becoming a favorite among taco enthusiasts. The menu features a variety of options, including regular, premium, and prime meats such as asada, chorizo, cecina, arrachera, ribeye, filet mignon, pollo, costilla panela, and pork belly.

The Station is a substantial retail development, covering approximately 650,000 square feet within the larger Goodman Commerce Center. It serves as a shopping hub for the community and is anchored by major retailers, including Costco, 99 Ranch Market, and an Amazon warehouse.
