A man has been arrested following a dramatic incident at a fast-food drive-thru in Altona North involving a stolen vehicle. The events unfolded early this morning when a white truck, reported stolen in Footscray, was tracked to the popular restaurant located at the intersection of Blackshaws and Millers roads.
