The AFCLP, coordinated by **Cotton Australia** with support from the **Cotton Research and Development Corporation (CRDC)**, has been instrumental in cultivating future leaders since its inception in **2006**. Over the years, it has produced **132 graduates**, many of whom have gone on to hold influential roles in the industry, including CEOs and Board Directors.
