PotisEdge Unveils Partnerships to Boost Australia’s Energy Storage by 3GWh

PotisEdge announced on November 7, 2025 that it has secured three strategic partnerships aimed at delivering over 3GWh of energy storage capacity across Australia. This initiative was unveiled at the 2025 All-Energy Australia exhibition, marking a significant expansion of PotisEdge’s presence in the energy storage market, which encompasses residential, commercial, and industrial (C&I) as well as utility-scale sectors.

Under the terms of the agreements, PotisEdge has designated Club Solar as the official distributor for residential energy storage systems throughout Australia. This arrangement involves a total contracted volume of 2GWh over the next three years. The residential systems will be integrated with PotisEdge’s VPP-ready technology, allowing households to participate in grid balancing. This collaboration with CovaU Energy will enable homeowners to reduce their electricity bills while creating additional income opportunities.

In the C&I segment, PotisEdge has partnered with PowerBay to deploy 200 units of C&I energy storage solutions for Australian enterprises. This collaboration aims to deliver tailored and competitive solutions that assist businesses in lowering energy costs while progressing toward their sustainability goals.

For large-scale storage clients, PotisEdge signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Auspira to facilitate a combined 1GWh of utility-scale and C&I storage deployments. This diverse project portfolio seeks to provide comprehensive grid and energy management solutions for a wider array of Australian energy providers and users.

At the exhibition, PotisEdge also showcased its innovative products specifically designed for the Australian market. The OmniCube-L233 and PotisFlexi-L261x systems offer highly integrated C&I energy storage solutions suitable for industrial parks and solar-integrated charging applications. Additionally, the PotisBank-L6.25-AC is engineered to support grid frequency regulation and renewable energy integration for utility-scale projects.

All partnerships include localized technical support to ensure efficient integration and a consistently high-quality operational experience. PotisEdge is also actively pursuing the Clean Energy Council (CEC) listing for product market entry, further underscoring its long-term commitment to the Australian market.

These collaborations position PotisEdge as a pivotal partner in Australia’s energy transition, delivering internationally proven storage technology backed by local expertise. The company’s global footprint includes wholly-owned subsidiaries in Sweden, the United States, Singapore, and Hong Kong SAR, with manufacturing bases in Suzhou, China, and Atlanta, USA. Currently, PotisEdge operates 31GWh of production capacity, aiming for expansion to over 100GWh by 2028.

PotisEdge combines advanced innovation, operational excellence, and financial stability to serve C&I and utility-scale clients worldwide, reinforcing its role in the evolving landscape of energy storage solutions.
