UPDATE: A shocking incident unfolded in Albury late Friday night as a 37-year-old man was arrested for high-range drink-driving while transporting two young children. At approximately 10:20 PM, Highway Patrol officers observed the driver swerving dangerously across Mate Street, even mounting a traffic island.
