Diggers Rest Community Carols Set to Brighten the Holidays

The annual Diggers Rest Community Carols, organized by the Lions Club of Diggers Rest in collaboration with Diggers Rest Primary School, is scheduled to bring festive cheer to the local community on December 4, 2023. This family-friendly event will take place at the school on Plumpton Road, with gates opening at 17:00.

Attendees can look forward to a range of entertainment and refreshments before the official carols program begins at 18:15. Organizers encourage residents to bring picnic rugs, cushions, or chairs to enjoy a comfortable evening filled with seasonal spirit. The event is designed to be alcohol-free and pet-free, fostering a relaxed and inclusive atmosphere for families and friends.

The celebrations will run until 20:30, aiming to unite the community in a joyful pre-holiday gathering. The Diggers Rest Community Carols not only celebrate the festive season but also strengthen community bonds among residents.

For further details, interested individuals can visit the Lions Club of Diggers Rest Facebook page, where updates and information about the event will be shared. This annual tradition promises to be a highlight for families, friends, and community members looking to embrace the holiday spirit together.
