Arkieva Appoints Anand Iyer as CEO to Drive Growth Forward

Arkieva, a prominent provider of supply chain planning solutions, has appointed Anand Iyer as its new Chief Executive Officer. This announcement comes as the company gears up for its next phase of growth amid evolving market demands. Iyer, who brings three decades of experience in the supply chain and technology sectors, is expected to lead Arkieva through this transformative period.

Iyer’s extensive background includes leadership roles at i2 Technologies, now known as Blue Yonder, and Serus Corporation, which has rebranded to e2Open. His appointment follows a strategic investment from Banneker Partners earlier in 2025, aimed at fortifying Arkieva’s position in the competitive landscape of supply chain management.

Leadership Transition and Vision for the Future

Harpal Singh, the founder of Arkieva, expressed confidence in Iyer’s capabilities, stating, “Arkieva has a strong foundation, and I’m confident that Anand is the right leader to take the company forward.” Singh highlighted Iyer’s history of inspiring leadership and his innovative approach to helping clients navigate complex supply chain challenges.

Iyer emphasized the importance of agility and resilience in supply chains, stating, “As our customers strive to build agile and resilient supply chains amid shifting trade rules and increasing global pressures, I look forward to expanding on our track record of delivering measurable results.” His vision aligns with Arkieva’s commitment to providing cutting-edge supply chain solutions.

Arkieva has recently been recognized as a Challenger in the 2025 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Supply Chain Planning Solutions. The company’s modern software-as-a-service (SaaS) suite features advanced digital twin and autonomous control tower capabilities, trusted by global manufacturers and distributors managing over $110 billion in revenue planning.

Strategic Goals and Industry Impact

Chirag Shah, Operating Partner at Banneker Partners, has noted Iyer’s deep expertise in supply chain strategy and operational excellence. Shah remarked, “It became clear that he is not only a trusted advisor but the right person to guide Arkieva into its next phase of growth as CEO.”

Iyer holds a doctorate in Systems and Industrial Engineering from the University of Arizona. Beyond his supply chain experience, he has held executive positions at Quantum Spatial, a geospatial analytics firm, and Riverside Insights, specializing in educational and clinical assessments.

For over 30 years, Arkieva has been instrumental in helping global enterprises enhance their supply chain processes. The company’s solutions focus on demand, inventory, supply, and integrated business planning, ensuring that clients can adapt to the rapidly changing supply chain environment.

As Arkieva embarks on this new chapter under Iyer’s leadership, the company aims to maintain its reputation as a trusted partner for clients like Linde, Messer, and INEOS. With a strong commitment to innovation and customer service, Arkieva is positioned to continue its growth trajectory in the competitive supply chain landscape.
