Founders of La Fervance List Elwood Home for Sale at $2.2 Million

The founders of the luxury skincare brand La Fervance have put their Elwood home on the market, seeking between $2 million and $2.2 million. Located at 36 Meredith St, this property has served as the couple’s base during their visits from Paris, where the brand is headquartered.

Melissa Obeid and Jamie Arnold launched La Fervance in 2017, quickly establishing it as a notable name in the skincare industry. The brand has garnered several accolades, including the most recent title of Luxury Skincare Brand of the Year at the International Elite 100 Awards 2025. Their approach focuses on using premium ingredients sourced exclusively from Australia and France, contributing to their growing recognition in the market.

The couple is selling their home as they look to upgrade to a larger property. Zed Real Estate‘s agent, Zed Nasheet, highlighted the home’s appealing features, including its proximity to the bay and local amenities. The property boasts four bedrooms and has an attic space designed as a retreat for children, making it an attractive option for families and investors alike.

Built in 1918, the residence features a modern kitchen equipped with Bosch appliances and Caesarstone surfaces. The layout connects a family room, complete with a fireplace, to a dining area that opens onto a rear deck, ideal for entertaining. The main bedroom includes an ensuite, while a secondary bedroom provides access to the front veranda, which adjoins a formal living room also featuring a fireplace.

Nasheet has reported significant interest in the property, with a variety of potential buyers, including families and downsizers. Notably, one interested party even traveled from interstate to view the home. The interiors reflect the couple’s sophisticated taste, highlighted by artwork and a light-filled decor that resonates with their French influences.

As La Fervance continues to grow, Obeid and Arnold are poised to focus on their brand’s expansion while transitioning to a new living space that better suits their current needs. The sale of their Elwood home marks a significant step in this journey.

For those interested in the property, it remains open for viewings under the guidance of Zed Real Estate.
