A recent report from Counterpoint Research reveals that Apple experienced significant growth in its Mac shipments during the third quarter of 2025, outpacing the overall PC market. Shipments of Apple’s Mac computers increased by 14.9% compared to the same period last year. This surge is attributed to the popularity of new MacBook models and increased adoption in the enterprise sector.
The global PC market saw an overall increase of 8.1% in shipments during Q3 2025, driven by factors including the approaching Windows 10 end-of-life and strategic inventory adjustments related to U.S. import tariff policies. Among major brands, Lenovo led the way with a 17% increase in shipments, closely followed by Apple. Asus reported a 14% increase, while Dell faced a decline of 1%, marking it as the only major brand to experience a downturn. The “Others” category also saw a decrease, falling by 3%.

With an eye on future developments, the company’s focus on innovation and enterprise solutions will likely play a crucial role in maintaining its momentum.
