EnviroGold Global Launches Mobile Pilot Plant to Revolutionize Mining

UPDATE: EnviroGold Global Limited has just announced a major breakthrough in mining technology with the launch of its mobile pilot plant, μNVRO, designed to accelerate the commercialization of its innovative NVRO ProcessTM. This pivotal development was revealed earlier today, December 1, 2025, from the company’s headquarters in Vancouver, British Columbia.

The announcement signifies a transformative step in the mining industry, as the μNVRO plant aims to turn mine waste into valuable resources, a process that could redefine global metal supply chains. With growing demand for sustainable mining solutions, the launch of this mobile pilot is crucial for expediting commercial deployment across multiple sites.

EnviroGold has engaged PPM Global, a specialist firm in metallurgical project delivery, to oversee the construction and commissioning of these state-of-the-art plants. This partnership is expected to enhance operational readiness and speed up the pathway to full-scale deployment, providing essential data for feasibility studies and engineering designs.

The μNVRO plant is not just a technological marvel; it’s built to be mobile and adaptable, allowing it to conduct in-situ campaigns on tailings deposits. This means it can be deployed directly to customer sites, generating high-resolution outputs that will aid in mining operations and environmental recovery efforts. The first unit is set to be installed at the company’s facility in Fremantle, Western Australia.

In response to the urgent need for more efficient mining operations, EnviroGold is also expanding its test work infrastructure, including plans for a dedicated testing hub in the United States. This strategic move will not only facilitate North American deployment but also enhance customer engagement in a region increasingly focused on sustainable practices.

“With the μNVRO, we are combining engineering precision with mobility,” stated Grant Freeman, Co-CEO of EnviroGold. “This advancement allows us to deliver engineering-grade data faster, reducing project development timelines and enhancing customer decision-making. Our goal is to convert mine waste from a liability into a viable source of metal supply.”

Following completion of the 2025 Optimization Program, the μNVRO plant is equipped with advanced sensors and integrated analytical systems for automated monitoring. This technology will enable real-time data capture, significantly improving testing speed and accuracy.

The mobile μNVRO fleet is poised to drive customer pipeline growth, with plans to deploy units across three priority jurisdictions. This development not only underlines EnviroGold’s commitment to innovation but also highlights the increasing focus on sustainability within the mining sector.

As the world grapples with the environmental impacts of mining, EnviroGold’s initiatives represent a significant shift towards eco-friendly practices, transforming how precious, base, and critical metals are recovered. The implications of these advancements are vast, offering hope for a more sustainable future in mining.

Stay tuned for further updates as EnviroGold continues to revolutionize the industry with its cutting-edge technologies and strategic expansions.
