He is described as being of Caucasian appearance, standing between 175-180 cm tall, with a thin build, brown hair, and beard stubble. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a dark blue shirt, blue jeans, and a black baseball cap.
Authorities have noted that Mr. Hand often frequents the areas surrounding Dubbo, Mendooran, Trangie, and Warren. Residents in these locations are urged to remain vigilant and report any sightings to the police immediately.
