Sapphire Anglican College Year 10 Celebrates in Style with Exciting Futures

UPDATE: Year 10 students from Sapphire Anglican College celebrated their milestone with a dazzling formal event on December 15, 2023, at the Tathra Surf Life Saving Club. The evening was marked by glamour, excitement, and a look towards their future endeavors.

Students arrived in style, with a stunning fleet of glamorous flowing dresses and sharp suits, including a striking fluoro-pink stretch Humvee that turned heads. The venue was transformed with elegant white drapes, twinkling fairy lights, and beautiful floral centerpieces, creating an unforgettable atmosphere.

As the night progressed, a long charcuterie table and refreshing tubs of soft drinks provided sustenance until the much-anticipated arrival of Sapphire Coast Eats’ delicious wood-fired pizzas. The excitement continued with a lively dinner entertainment segment featuring a cha-cha performance by the students, showcasing their spirit and camaraderie despite a few missteps on the dance floor.

In a heartfelt moment, several students received applause for their future paths. Some will pursue apprenticeships, traineeships, and TAFE courses, while two ambitious students are set to chase their dream of professional soccer representation by relocating to Canberra to complete their high school studies.

This celebration is not just a party; it represents a significant transition for these young individuals as they step into new adventures and opportunities. The community is proud of their achievements and looks forward to seeing their journeys unfold.
