Paris Baguette, the renowned bakery chain originating from South Korea, is poised for significant expansion in South Florida following a successful launch at 1911 S Federal Highway in Delray Beach. With over 4,000 locations worldwide, including more than 250 in the United States, the franchise aims to establish itself as a neighborhood café in the region. According to Nick Scaccio, Chief Development Officer at Paris Baguette North America, the company plans to open between 40 and 50 locations across South Florida.
“Our vision and our mission is to reestablish the neighborhood bakery café around the world,” Scaccio remarked. The brand intends to immerse itself in local communities by partnering with organizations to address food waste and provide support where needed.
Upcoming Location in Wynwood
The next South Florida café is set to open in Wynwood in the second quarter of 2026. This location will showcase murals from local artists, reflecting the vibrant culture of the Wynwood area. “You’re going to have the Paris vibe and Wynwood vibe together,” Cesar Paoli, owner of the Wynwood location, stated. He emphasized the uniqueness of Paris Baguette in the local market, suggesting that residents will quickly grow fond of the brand. “In five years, everyone is going to know Paris Baguette,” he predicted.
Paris Baguette offers a diverse menu that includes cakes, bread, pastries, savory options such as the Prosciutto, Fig & Goat Cheese Pizzetta, and a variety of salads, sandwiches, and wraps. Additionally, customers can enjoy an array of coffees, teas, and frozen beverages, including the popular Matcha Frappe.
Paoli’s journey with Paris Baguette began as a customer in New York City. He fondly recalls visiting a location near Columbus Circle and enjoying the quality and variety of products. “I loved the Paris Baguette there; I used to go for breakfast, and the pastries were amazing,” he noted. “It was not only because of the quality of dough but the variety of products they have.”
Growth Ambitions in Miami
Paoli aims to open between four and six additional stores in the Miami market as part of the brand’s broader expansion strategy. This ambition reflects Paris Baguette’s commitment to becoming a staple in the local community.
As the company continues to grow, Paris Baguette enthusiasts can stay updated on new developments by following their social media accounts, including @parisbaguette_usa on Instagram. The bakery’s expansion in South Florida marks an exciting chapter for both the brand and the local community, promising to deliver a unique blend of Parisian flair and local culture.
