The Sun Theatre is set to transform into a vibrant hub of canine camaraderie and sporting pride, kicking off with a special screening of the classic documentary, ‘Year of the Dog’.
This iconic film captures the essence of the Bulldogs community as it navigated significant changes heading into the new century. The screening is just the beginning of a day packed with excitement and nostalgia for fans.
Following this classic, attendees will experience the premiere of the locally produced documentary, ‘Dogma’. This engaging film offers a unique and intimate perspective on the cultural significance of the Bulldogs through the eyes of passionate fans and filmmakers from the local western suburbs.
The event will also feature a panel discussion and the launch of the commemorative book, Bulldogs Through and Through. Special guests Shaz and Carlos, who are highlighted in ‘Dogma’, will join the panel, with 3AW’s Laura Spurway serving as the MC for the event.
