UPDATE: A major structure fire in Macclesfield has been extinguished following a swift response from local Country Fire Authority (CFA) brigades. Emergency crews were called to the scene at 4:23 PM on January 21, as flames engulfed a residential building on Mulhalls Rd.
Upon arrival, firefighters found the house fully involved in flames. With urgency, 11 CFA units from several brigades, including Macclesfield, Emerald, Monbulk, Yellingbo, and Hillcrest, rallied to combat the fire.
