According to Winston Fisher, Chief Executive Officer of AREA15, the venue aims to surprise guests with a mix of new restaurants, retail experiences, and innovative attractions. “We’re continuing to create an entertainment district appealing to families, food lovers, thrill-seekers, and culture explorers alike,” Fisher stated in a recent press release.
The addition of Saint Honoré Doughnuts & Beignets is expected to enhance the culinary landscape of AREA15. The bakery is celebrated for its handcrafted brioche doughnuts and gourmet glazes, alongside traditional New Orleans-style beignets, all presented in a colorful and imaginative setting.
Founded in 2019 by Lin Jerome and Alexandra Lourdes, Saint Honoré gained popularity for its innovative treats, including the renowned Crème Brûlée donut. The founders envisioned a luxury food experience that blends high-quality ingredients with artistic presentation, drawing inspiration from the classic French pastry, the Saint-Honoré cake.
