ChainUp and AIGroup Forge Partnership to Boost Mongolia’s Digital Assets

On December 9, 2025, ChainUp and AIGroup announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) aimed at advancing Mongolia’s digital asset infrastructure. This strategic partnership combines ChainUp’s expertise in digital asset technology solutions with AIGroup’s established presence in the Mongolian market, particularly through its virtual asset exchange, idax, which has received support from ChainUp for the past four years.

Collaboration Details and Objectives

The MOU outlines a collaborative initiative focusing on several key areas: the development of digital asset infrastructure platforms, tokenization technology for selected asset classes, and compliance-aligned digital innovation frameworks. This partnership is designed to address Mongolia’s increasing interest in digital economy infrastructure by providing secure and scalable technology solutions.

All activities under the agreement will adhere to Mongolia’s regulatory frameworks and applicable financial oversight requirements, ensuring that the partnership remains compliant with local laws.
