Bushfire Kitchen Expands to Brea, Celebrates with Community Givebacks

Fast casual restaurant group Bushfire Kitchen has officially opened its new location in Brea, California, marking its second establishment in Orange County and the tenth overall for the family-owned brand. This expansion highlights a significant milestone in the company’s growth trajectory, following a successful debut in Long Beach earlier this year.

To express gratitude to the Brea community, Bushfire Kitchen is launching a series of community giveback days. From November 17 to 19, 2023, the restaurant will provide first responders, including police officers and firefighters, a buy one, get one free offer on bowls, burgers, sandwiches, and salads. Following this, from November 24 to 26, 2023, teachers and school staff can also take advantage of the same promotion.

Oliver Barwin, CEO of Bushfire Kitchen, stated, “The people of Brea have welcomed us with open arms and we are honored to celebrate the everyday heroes who make this city thrive – from police officers on the front line to teachers in our kids’ schools.” He emphasized the company’s commitment to not only serving high-quality meals but also giving back to those who invest their lives in the community.

The new Brea location is situated at 765 E Birch St #101 within the Brea Marketplace, a site anchored by Sprouts and Target, and located directly across from Brea City Hall. The restaurant spans over 2,000 square feet and features a covered, heated patio, as well as ample parking for guests.

Bushfire Kitchen is renowned for its chef-driven American cuisine infused with global influences. The menu offers a diverse range of options, including gluten-free, high-protein, and plant-based dishes, ensuring there is something for everyone. Customers can also enjoy a daily happy hour from 14:00 to 17:00, along with catering services for local businesses and special events.

The opening in Brea signals an accelerated growth phase for Bushfire Kitchen, with plans for additional locations already confirmed across Southern California. The next opening is set for Rancho Bernardo in early 2026. For more details about Bushfire Kitchen and its offerings, visit bushfirekitchen.com.

This new venture not only enhances the local dining scene but also reinforces the brand’s philosophy of supporting those who serve the community. The giveback days serve as a testament to Bushfire Kitchen’s dedication to uplifting the heroes who contribute to Brea’s vibrant community.
