UPDATE: Two individuals have been arrested following a significant burglary investigation in Bundoora that took place on 27 July. Police executed a search warrant at a property on Dandenong Road in Caulfield North on 10 October, leading to the apprehension of a 41-year-old man and a 32-year-old woman.
The arrests come after officers seized an array of items linked to the alleged crime, including a Ford Mustang reported stolen from Fifer Rise in Bundoora, a Toyota Hilux stolen from Flinders Lane in Melbourne, and a Harley Davidson motorcycle with cloned plates. Additionally, authorities confiscated a firearm and what they describe as traffickable quantities of methylamphetamine, cocaine, and 1,4-butanediol.
Both suspects face multiple charges, including prohibited possession of a firearm, trafficking of methylamphetamine, and theft of two motor vehicles. They have been released on bail and are scheduled to appear at Moorabbin Magistrates’ Court on 12 December.
