Skinny Louie, the rapidly growing burger chain, is set to open two new locations in South Florida, further solidifying its presence in the region. The announcement comes as the brand continues to gain traction in both Miami and New York, utilizing a straightforward approach to its menu and service.
The first of the new openings will be in South Miami, where the chain promises to deliver its signature “smashed burgers” and a vibrant atmosphere. The menu features three core burgers: the Skinny Louie Cheeseburger, which includes grilled onions, double American cheese, pickles, and Louie Sauce; the Classic Burger; and the Applewood Bacon Burger, alongside fries and milkshakes. Founder and Co-CEO Gonzalo Rubino has emphasized the importance of consistency in their offerings, stating, “We always use the same bun, the same meat, the same fries, the same pickles, the same ice cream.”
In addition to the South Miami location, Skinny Louie is also planning to open a site in Doral. The chain’s marketing highlights the energetic vibe it aims to create, describing the new venue as a place where “golf swings, Latin beats, and smash’d heat” come together to fuel both “hustlers and foodies.”
The expansion aligns with Skinny Louie’s ongoing success in the competitive burger market. Rubino noted during a recent interview with What Now that the chain has achieved impressive sales figures, driven by its focus on quality and service. With plans for yet another location in Dania Beach, the brand appears poised for continued growth.
