Freedom Boat Club Launches New Base in Sylvania for 2026

BREAKING: Freedom Boat Club, the world’s largest boating club, has just announced an exciting new base at Kalevu Marina in Sylvania, set to open in July 2026. This strategic location will provide club members with seamless access to Botany Bay and the Georges River, enhancing recreational opportunities for boating and fishing enthusiasts.

The club will launch with a diverse fleet, featuring popular models like the Sea Ray SPX 230 and Arvor 705 Weekend. Additionally, fishing enthusiasts can look forward to the introduction of Trophy and Rayglass boats for offshore adventures. Members will benefit from full training and unlimited boat usage, along with reciprocal access to Freedom Boat Club’s extensive global network of over 400 locations.

This new franchise is independently owned and operated by Klaus Hahn, an experienced business leader with expertise in engineering and corporate strategy. Hahn expressed his enthusiasm for the location, stating, “Our location at Kalevu Marina offers easy access to incredible waterways and a welcoming club community where members can connect, explore, and enjoy life on the water.”

With other bases located in Sydney Harbour and at The Spit, Freedom Boat Club continues to expand its footprint in Australia, which has become a popular destination for boating. The upcoming base in Sylvania is expected to bring a vibrant community of boating aficionados together, enhancing the overall experience for its members.
